We design the system, configure it on proven platforms, and operate it on the client's behalf. Software handles speed and consistency; our team owns judgment, quality, and the client relationship. Every engagement is delivered under a written agreement with clearly stated services and fees.

Engagements are scoped to the client. Most combine a one-time build with an ongoing monthly managed service drawn from the areas below.

Clear, written, before any charge
- Engagements are billed as a one-time setup fee for the build, plus a recurring monthly service fee for ongoing management.
- Exact pricing is provided in a written quote and agreement before any card is charged. Nothing is billed without the client's authorization.
- Monthly service is a subscription, billed in advance each month, and continues until cancelled under the terms below.
- All amounts are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor.
Representative pricing
Monthly managed-service plans typically begin in the low hundreds of dollars per month, with a one-time setup fee for the initial build. Final pricing depends on scope.

Privacy Policy

Hoback Ventures LLC ("Hoback Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information you provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and mailing address, when you contact us or engage our services.
- Billing information needed to process payments. Card details are entered with and handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Service and usage information generated while we operate systems on your behalf, such as records of messages, leads, and reports within the platforms we configure for you.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, and support the services you have engaged us for.
- To process payments, issue invoices, and maintain account records.
- To communicate with you about your account, support requests, and service updates.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our payment processor and the software platforms we use to deliver services, and only as needed to provide the service or as required by law.
SMS and mobile messaging
Hoback Ventures operates SMS and text-messaging programs, both for our own communications and on behalf of the client businesses whose messaging systems we configure and manage. The following applies to those programs.
- Consent. We collect a mobile phone number and SMS consent only when you provide it and opt in, for example through a form, an online checkout, a text keyword, or written authorization captured by the business you are dealing with. We send messages only to individuals who have opted in.
- Message types and frequency. Messages may include service and appointment reminders, follow-ups, account and support notifications, and related operational messages. Message frequency varies by program.
- Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- No sharing of opt-in data. Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, and the phone numbers collected for messaging are never sold, and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. They are used only to deliver the messaging program you opted in to, and are shared only with the messaging and platform providers that carry the messages on our behalf.
Data retention and your choices
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@hobackventures.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern services provided by Hoback Ventures LLC. By engaging our services or authorizing payment, you agree to these Terms together with the specific written agreement or quote for your engagement. Where a signed engagement agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls.
Services
We provide business-technology and revenue-operations services, including setup and ongoing management of customer-communication, CRM, automation, reputation, and reporting systems. The specific services for your engagement are described in your written quote or agreement.
Fees and billing
- Fees consist of a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly service fee, as stated in your written quote or agreement.
- Monthly fees are billed in advance and recur each month until cancelled under the cancellation policy below.
- All fees are in U.S. dollars and are processed by our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed fees.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension of services until the balance is resolved.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and any access needed for us to perform the services, and to use the systems we provide in compliance with applicable laws, including laws governing electronic messaging and consumer communication.
Intellectual property
Templates, configurations, and materials we develop remain our property except as set out in your engagement agreement. Your business data remains yours.
Warranties and limitation of liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoback Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling monthly service
Monthly managed-service plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@hobackventures.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you will not be charged for the following month. The current month's service fee is non-refundable because the service for that month has been provided.
Setup fees
One-time setup fees cover build work that begins promptly after authorization. Setup fees are refundable on a pro-rated basis for work not yet performed if you cancel before the build is delivered. Once the build is delivered, setup fees are non-refundable.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at support@hobackventures.com. We will review and, where a charge was made in error, issue a refund to the original payment method.
